Insieme is an Employee Resource Group of Barilla America, Inc. that is dedicated to supporting employee gender and disability balance.
Kim Braithwaite, Global Diversity & Inclusion Board Member with Barilla, approached Grim to design a logo for the Insieme Employee Resource Group that would align with the corporate Barilla logo. After an initial brainstorming meeting with the group, we presented five logo concepts. One more round of updates and the team selected the logo shown here to represent their group.
RocNet Supply is a a leading global provider of network equipment and services for the Broadband, Fiber and Network Infrastructure Industries. They've been a Rochester Top 100 Fastest Growing Company 3 years and counting, and made the Inc. 500 list in 2020.
After developing their website, a marketing video, and some print collateral, RocNet founders Mike Baker and Peter Wells expanded our scope of work to focus more broadly on an array of marketing efforts for the company, including the production of additional videos, updating the website, and Social Media management.

Bruton Guitars is dedicated to the manufacturing of hand-made, player-specific guitars and basses. They offer many models; all of which can be customized to suit the needs of the individual player.
Ben Bruton spoke to us about updating his logo, based upon a custom design of guitar that he makes in his shop. During the logo design process, it was decided to go with a retro look. After reviewing and fine-tuning potential fonts, color schemes, and design concepts, the Bruton Guitars logo was born, and now includes a number of layouts for a wide variety of intended uses.
Thomas & Solomon LLP is the largest law firm in Rochester, NY that specializes exclusively in Employment Law.
Adam Sanderson approached us about enhancing the performance of the Thomas & Solomon website in Search Engine Results Pages. We also met with Nelson Thomas, who had experienced several rounds of frustrating results with other SEO specialists and marketers. We ultimately put together a results-based contract to work under to help alleviate the anxiety caused by previous disappointments and have been meeting all metrics since we started working together. Currently, the Thomas & Solomon website continues to move up in search results for all the keywords targeted.
Pittsford Volunteer Ambulance hired Grim to help get the word out on the variety of emergency medical and community services they provide to their community. The ongoing campaign involves expanding their website with educational content, video and photographic coverage at community events, social media posting and management, helping organize open houses at the PVA base, and sponsoring a Pittsford Little League team.
Both an online and brick-and-mortar store, CODE-2 in Victor NY is owned and operated by First Responders - providing quality products that are needed by EMS, fire, and law enforcement to do their jobs efficiently and safely.
Grim worked with CODE-2 to bring more awareness to their products and online store through Website updates, Blog Development and Writing, and Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram).
After the website redesign was complete and the site was launched, Grim worked with the owner and management at Fonte Surgical Supply to create a marketing strategy for the business. As a result, we now write and publish blog articles, create and manage company Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube channels, and produce videos, advertisements and content marketing stories to distribute and promote on Social Media.
We also develop and distribute a quarterly digital newsletter, and and use Survey Monkey to manage a series of online surveys.

MJ Gabel is a local company that helps people sell their jewelry for the best possible price through direct purchase, online auctions, or through consignment.
Grim produced a video to introduce people to MJ Gabel and the services they offer. We then cut 10 smaller videos to use across their website and to promote them through Facebook advertising.
The Genesee Valley Chapter (GVC) of the Society for Human resource Management (SHRM) serves the needs of HR professionals in the Greater Rochester area, helping to advance the practice of human resource management.
We discussed the branding needs of the Genesee Valley Chapter with Ann Maynard and Lee Drake, and worked with Lisa Gates to redesign the GVC SHRM logo to update its look and make it more representative of the geographic area the chapter serves. Grim is also producing a podcast for the GVC SHRM Diversity Council.
Healthy Spaces is a mold mitigation and basement waterproofing company in Rochester, NY. They mitigate mold damage in homes and businesses, and install water drainage systems and/or other techniques to ensure mold does not come back.
Mark Frillici, owner of Healthy Spaces, approached Grim to design a logo in conjuction with the new website we were developing for him. He wanted to maintain a green color scheme, representing mold, but in a way that also felt clean and represented the mitigation services he provides. The final concept also included a house, which aligns to his tagline, "we can return your home to a healthy space."

Justin Cordello came to Grim for a new wesbite, and decided to have his logo updated at the same time. We discussed a new color scheme that would work for both his logo and website, and decided on something simple that would convey his firm and could be used on letterhead, email signature lines, and business cards in addition to his new website.
